◆ Material : 70G35HSLR is a high-performance PA66 (nylon 66) engineering plastic with 35% glass fiber reinforcement, heat stability, hydrolysis resistance and lubrication grade.

◆ Characteristics : Excellent hydrolysis resistance: It demonstrates strong stability in hot water, steam, antifreeze and ethylene glycol, with a service life far exceeding that of ordinary PA66. Ultra-high rigidity and strength: 35% glass fiber provides exceptional mechanical properties, creep resistance and dimensional stability. Chemical resistance: Good resistance to oils, greases and most solvents. Excellent thermal stability: Withstands long-term high-temperature environments such as engine compartments with slow performance degradation. Good processability: Internal lubricating formula enables easy demolding, low fiberglass blooming and low warpage.

◆ Purpose : Industry / Electronics: Water pumps, valves, motor components, and structural parts requiring resistance to damp heat. Cooling Systems: Radiator water chambers, water pump housings, thermostat housings, and heaters. Thermal management modules, hydraulic / fuel system components. Engine Peripherals: Intake manifold components, gears, bearing seats, and turbocharger assemblies.
